In the beginning, bring an open mind and let the knowledge flow in!

Ground Level 3 to 4 months
Take a deep breath and dive in.

• Customer service, professionalism, teamwork, operation & care of the salon.
• Shampoo,Treatments,Waxing, Blowdry technique.
• Consultations,Product knowledge,Reception.
• Cutting/Coloring fundamentals.*
• Build a foundation, perfect the skills and let creativity take over!

Mid level 3 to 4 months
You're halfway there, head down and keep going.

• Customer Service, Professionalism, Teamwork.
• Consultation, Product retailing, Styling(chignon/updo)
• Cutting/Coloring advanced technique.
  -you will be evaluated to keep you on course
  -you will need to keep a record of your training

Upper level approx 6 months
Final Lap
You're a junior stylist in training. This is where you take what you've learned and perfect it. You will gain experience in the techniques previously taught, learning to adapt them to current trends and prepare for your certification.

During this time you will have the opportunity to expand your expertise in:

• Make-up
• Texturing
• Thermal straightening(Yuko system)
• Extensions(Hairlocs)
• Color correction
• Platform work
